Braveheart Cycling Fund Dinner and Ride Gears Up for an Inspiring Day and Evening.

Drum roll, please! With just two to go, excitement is building for the upcoming Braveheart Dinner & Ride, scheduled for 18th October at Kilmarnock. The evening is set to be a highlight of the cycling calendar, bringing together supporters, cyclists, local businesses, and distinguished guests to raise essential funds for emerging Scottish cycling talent. 

Our guest cyclists for the ride include: Tour de France rider, Pippa York, Olympian, Jack Carlin and ex Raleigh Pros Franky De Gendt, Theo de Rooij, Jacques Hanegraaf, Rene Hoppert, Adri van Houwelingen, and Aad van den Hoek and Evan/Oliphant.                                          

The dinner will include a three-course meal, live entertainment, a charity auction, and raffle prizes generously donated by local and national partners. Attendees will also hear inspiring stories from guest speakers and athletes whose lives have been impacted by the charity’s work.

Joining us for the dinner are: Tour de France rider, Pippa York, Olympians, Jack Carlin, Grant Ferguson, and Braveheart Cycling Fund founders, Brian Smith and Alan Miller. Ex Raleigh Pros Franky De Gendt, Theo de Rooij, Jacques Hanegraaf, Rene Hoppert, Adri van Houwelingen, and Aad van den Hoek aand Evan Oliphant will also be attending. We will also welcome cycling author Chris Sidwells.

We will also welcome current Braveheart riders: Harrison Bell, Ahron Dick, Evan Marsh, and Kate Richardson.

We are thrilled with the support we’ve received so far, and as we enter the final month and weeks of preparations, we’re inviting everyone to join us for what will be a memorable and meaningful day. Every ticket purchased and every prize bid will directly help us support more cyclists,” said Kathy Gilchrist, Scottish Cycling Foundation Trustee.

Tickets for the Braveheart Cycling Fund Dinner and Ride are still available, but are selling quickly.  We encourage you to book soon to avoid disappointment.
