Iain Gulland brings over 30 years of leadership and governance experience across the public and charitable sectors. He was the founding Chief Executive of Zero Waste Scotland and has extensive experience in fundraising, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. A recreational cyclist and active community advocate, Iain is passionate about inclusion, community impact and encouraging greater participation in cycling.

Dr Lesley Ingram-Sills

Dr Lesley Ingram-Sills is a lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University, a Program Leader – MSc Sport Performance Enhancement.
Lesley is a former world cup XC mountain bike racer.

Malcolm Patterson

Malcolm Paterson brings extensive leadership, governance and commercial experience from both the private and sporting sectors. He is Director and Project CEO for UK BESS at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and has a background in Company Law. Malcolm also served as a Director of Scottish Cycling for six years.

Jackie Whalen

Jackie Whalen has over 20 years of experience in fundraising and communications across charity, education, culture, heritage, and sports sectors. She is currently the Collective Giving Manager at the University of St Andrews, specialising in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, philanthropy, and operations

Sarah Wylie

As Scottish Cycling’s representative on the Scottish Cycling Foundation, she will support the charity’s governance and help strengthen the relationship between the two organisations.
